Muttrah Corniche

One of the top things to do in Muscat is to head to the old town in the Muttrah area.
Niched within hills, the white of the buildings contrasts with the darkness of the rock and reveals a long history. This is where you can Muttrah Souq and walk along the Muttrah Corniche with beautiful views. Locally named Al Dhalam, the Souq with the nearby harbor is one of the oldest marketplaces in the Arab World.
